Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalogue, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Making a contract with us When you place an order with us (Chicoslifestylefurniture.co.uk) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.

Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and cheques
as payment for orders

Security:

the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our local computer.
Ordering
with us is very secure and if you have any
concerns about security please contact us

Returns
Policy:
To
check if the item you are ordering is returnable
please call our office on 029 2038 3865
before you place an order.
To
cancel an order, we ask that you state this
in writing either by letter or email within
7 days of delivery, quoting your invoice
number and a reason for the cancellation.

When
the goods are delivered, please check carefully
on arrival that the goods and packaging
are in good condition. Please sign the documentation
'received in good condition'.
Under
our 7 day money back guarantee you may return
to us, any product that you are not completely
satisfied with providing it has not been
assembled and remains in its original packaging.
We can also arrange a collection for you.
The collection fee for transportation back
to the company is typically £50. It
is essential that you let us know within
7days of any problems or faults with your
furniture. We are unable to help with exchanging
or refunding an item after this time.
Once
the items have arrived back to Chicos Lifestyle
Furniture warehouse and found to be in good
order, a full refund will be made.
When
the goods are delivered and show signs of
damage please mark the delivery note accordingly.
After checking and the goods are found to
be damaged either return the goods with
the driver marking the delivery note that
the goods have been returned or email Chicos
Lifestyle Furniture with pictures and written
details of the damage. Please note that
failure to do this may affect a claim.
You
have a right to cancel your order for any
item(s) on this website for a full refund.
There is a seven day' cooling off' period
form the date after you receive your goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Information
The
following areas carry an extra delivery
cost in addition to the charge shown on
the web site:.
For
delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,
Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel
Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland
GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping
from that point is the responsibility of
the customer.
Sofa
Range:
Stocks of these items vary dependant on
seasonal trends. We will again notify you
at time of order if we cannot deliver the
item within the quoted timescale.
Once
you have placed an order you will contacted
via e-mail with details of your order and
further information.
You
will be given as much warning as possible
when arranging a day for delivery, typically
2 - 5 days before, although we will sometimes
try and fit your delivery in earlier if
a delivery slot becomes available. We will
be a flexible as possible when arranging
delivery and ask that you will be also.
We cannot give a specific time of delivery,
although you will be contacted by the delivery
company with an estimated am or pm delivery.
To
keep your delivery costs low, our drivers
are unaccompanied and will require local
assistance for heavy items or if delivery
is required up stairs, etc. Please advise
if this is NOT possible and we will arrange
for an extra delivery driver to assist.

cost.
